Our client in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Quality Control Reviewer to review and finalize inspection reports for luxury residential properties. This role is perfect for someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys independent work, and thrives in a structured, production-focused environment. As the final quality checkpoint, you'll verify property details by reviewing inspection reports, photographs, diagrams, and supporting documentation, making corrections as needed to ensure accuracy. Requirements:
- Experience in claims, underwriting, property inspections, insurance, construction, or a related field preferred
- Ability to recognize residential construction materials and home features
- Knowledge of home valuation or replacement cost concepts is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable performing repetitive review work with consistency and focus
- Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive assignments
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
