This role supports product quality by conducting First Article Inspections (FAI), Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC) inspections, while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation.The Quality Control Inspector collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, address, and resolve quality and safety issues, and actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Interviews will be held onsiteKey ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection and testing activities for FAI, IQC, IPQC, and FQC throughout the manufacturing processGenerate accurate and detailed inspection data sheets in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirementsDocument inspection results, prepare First Article documentation, and compile certification packagesReview product build documentation and end-item data packages for completeness and accuracyIdentify and document discrepancies by generating nonconformance reportsUtilize standard inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure precise measurementsVerify that all inspection equipment is properly calibrated and qualified prior to useInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentationConduct visual inspections to detect defects or nonconformities in materials and finished productsCollect and analyze quality data to identify trends and support continuous improvement effortsCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve quality issuesMaintain accurate and organized quality records and inspection documentationReport quality-related concerns to supervisors or management in a timely mannerFollow all company safety procedures and perform duties in a safe and compliant mannerPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in quality inspection preferredMinimum of 1-5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environmentProficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMachine has pumps, valves, fluidics, tubing, wiring, etc.
