Apply now!Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:Perform routine audits of production processes in all production areasIdentify and quantify critical, major and minor defectsVerify incoming packaging components meet specifications and release them for use in productionPerform incoming raw ingredient samplingReview work order and production paperwork ensuring that results are within established specification ranges and Good Documentation Practices are followedCoordinate control or release of conforming and nonconforming productsPull samples from manufactured lots and perform confirmatory testing of finished products and WIP using AQL statistical planCommunicate effectively with various employees, including operators, mechanics, leads, and department management to ensure that quality standards are metRequirements for Quality Control Inspector:High School Diploma or equivalent1-5 years of quality control experience preferredExperience in an OTC, Pharmaceutical or Food/Beverage company preferredFDA regulatory compliance experience (21 CFR Parts 210 & 211) preferredAble to lift and/or move up to 35 poundsAble to bend and reach throughout shiftQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
