Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a F/T Quality Control Technician located in our Kingman, AZ Plant.
Follow all QC procedures, work instructions and data recording in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System
Conduct root cause analysis regarding quality issues. Assist external and internal quality audits.
Disposition non-conforming material
Assist Production teams with process changes, quality plan documentation, and test requirement updates.
Assist customer service and sales teams to respond to customer questions in relation to product capability and limitations.
Help to drive continuous quality improvement and scrap reduction across the site.
Maintain preventive maintenance and calibration of quality lab equipment.
Perform quality assurance tests and visual inspections of raw materials, intermediary products, and finished goods per work instructions.
Ensure trial materials are monitored, controlled, and disposed of as require.
High school diploma or GED equivalent
must be comfortable working around machinery/ heavy industrial equipment, as well as quality lab equipment.
Quality Management Systems Experience
Mechanical or technical aptitude, and root cause analysis experience
Open availability/flexibility to work overtime as needed including extended shifts and/or weekends.
This job operates in a manufacturing and office work environment. This role routinely uses standard quality lab equipment.
