We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead plant quality systems, customer quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. This individual will serve as the voice of the customer, drive compliance with IATF 16949 standards, and lead a high-performing quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lead and maintain plant quality systems, audits, and compliance initiatives. Drive customer and supplier quality performance, issue resolution, and corrective actions. Manage APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and launch quality activities. Champion root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and RCA. Lead internal audits and support customer/supplier assessments. Develop, mentor, and manage quality team members while driving a culture of continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of quality leadership experience within automotive manufacturing.
Proven ability to lead teams and successfully interface with customers and suppliers.
