Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the QC team in performing visual inspections of products, ensuring compliance with both internal and client standards.
  • Develop and deliver quality control training programs to key personnel in collaboration with managers.
  • Coordinate with managers to implement quality control training programs for key personnel.
  • Collaborate with senior management teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish, implement, and oversee quality control procedures across all operational areas to maintain consistency and uphold high‑quality standards.
  • Review and approve quality reports, ensuring accuracy and the integrity of data collected during audits and inspections.
  • Ensure non‑conforming products are accurately identified, retained, and handled according to company procedures, preventing their release until compliance is confirmed.
  • Implement and enforce environment, health, and safety protocols as they relate to the QC function, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to improve processes and enhance quality control measures.
  • Hold quarterly QC meetings (including Engineering & Production departments) to review quality issues/concerns.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of concrete technology, welding, and nondestructive evaluation/testing (NDE/NDT).
  • ACI certifications.
  • Understanding and adherence to ASTM, ASSHTO.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing, walking and stooping throughout the shift.
  • Ability to keep up with manufacturing requirements.
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
  • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
  • Able to work with dust and outside environment conditions (i.e. rain, wind).
  • Used to wearing earplugs and other PPE – such as a hard hat, steel‑toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses as required.

Work Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $160,000-$190,000 annually
