Quality CoordinatorThe Quality Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of process control, validation, and improvement activities. This position is responsible for the handling of customer complaints and walking them through the system for resolution. Responsible for training of new employees as well as on-going training for warehouse employees in ISO procedures.Summary of Essential Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement verification plans for all current and new productDevelopment and implementation of process improvement plans as requiredChampion for change control/ECN processOversees testing of processes and productsVerify that inspection procedures by all warehouse personnel are accurate and in compliance with quality control procedures.
Distribute procedures and maintain all ISO 9002 books in warehouseEstablish quality control standards and procedures for all departments and ensure that all necessary personnel are aware of the proceduresCoordinate all root cause analysis activities.
