Quality Control ManagerSURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager for an Aerospace company in Arlington, TX. A successful Quality Control Technician should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.Responsibilities of the Quality Control Manager:Monitor production to ensure all documentation is complete.Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are metInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production related issues.Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.Monitor and analyze quality performance data and analytics.Required Qualifications of the Quality Control Manager:5+ years quality leadership in machining, fabrication, or aerospaceWorking knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001, capable of running audits and corrective actionsBlueprint and GD&T reading, FAI/FAIR and first article documentationExperience managing inspectors and customer quality escapesSurestaff also follows all applicable state and local laws regarding sick time, paid time off, and retirement savings programs.
