We are committed to providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to our customers at the lowest possible cost and least environmental impact.What We Are Looking For:The Quality Control & Order Fulfillment Specialist supports both product quality and customer order execution within the manufacturing and warehouse environment.

The role inspects incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods for compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and applicable requirements, while also processing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivering customer orders accurately and on time. This position helps prevent defects, maintain inventory accuracy, support customer satisfaction, and promote safe, efficient plant operations.What You Will Do:Meet daily fulfillment metrics including accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment targetsPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently processed through online platformsEnter and track orders using NetSuite and delivery software; prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentationLabel, stage, and coordinate outgoing shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL, freight carriers)Drive and deliver finished goods using a company vehicle, as assignedPerform cycle counts, assist with inventory audits, verify material, and maintain accurate labeling and inventory organizationMonitor inventory and supplies for fulfillment products and alert the supervisor to potential shortages or issuesAssist with building/assembling product and support other departments as neededMaintain compliance with quality systems (e.g., ISO standards, if applicable)Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to confirm specifications and quality standards are metObserve manufacturing processes and work with production staff to ensure adherence to established protocols, work instructions, and standardsIdentify defects, communicate inspection results, and report quality concerns, shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptlyApprove incoming materials and finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required visual, measurement, or other basic testsReturn products for rework when needed, complete required documentation, and sort or segregate defective material for return, replacement, or disposalMaintain accurate quality control records and follow good documentation practicesReport quality issues and support root cause investigations related to defects, damages, or customer complaintsRegular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role, with or without reasonable accommodationSupport and comply with all company policies and safety requirementsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat You Need To Succeed:High school diploma or equivalent required1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, quality inspection, order fulfillment, and/or warehouse preferredAbility to read and interpret specifications, drawings, work instructions, and measuring toolsBasic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracyBasic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office; NetSuite experience preferredInventory, cycle counting, shipping, or receiving experience preferredCurrent valid driver license required with a clean driving record when operating company vehiclesBilingual (Spanish) preferredBenefits We Offer:Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)Paid sick and paid vacation time offCompany paid life insuranceAdditional life/accidental death and dismemberment insuranceShort- and long-term disability401k with company matchEPE USA is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
