If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, problem-solving, and collaboration are valued, this Quality Control Analyst opportunity is your chance to make a measurable difference.Key Responsibilities:Own SLA performance tracking and drive complianceReview and approve project documentation and invoicing for accuracyMonitor QC standards, SOP adherence, and approval protocolsConduct audits and implement corrective actions to improve consistencyIdentify errors, resolve issues, and support performance coachingPartner with leadership to pilot process improvements and scale best practicesDeliver performance reporting with actionable operational insightsUpdate SOPs, job aids, and reference materials to strengthen complianceServe as the liaison between QC, Operations, Project Administration, and LeadershipProactively identify risks, compliance gaps, and training opportunitiesMaintain accurate project updates across ticketing systemsEnsure documentation integrity for reporting, invoicing, and contractual complianceIdentify automation opportunities to reduce manual errors and improve efficiencySupport escalations while meeting critical deadlinesTravel up to 5% for conferences and continuing education opportunitiesExperience & Education:1-3 years' experience in construction, restoration, property management, legal or insurance industryExperience with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., ServiceNow)High School diploma or equivalent years of experienceBachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferredWRT IICRC, preferredAsbestos Awareness Training, preferredExperience with T&M Pro, preferredExperience with Xactimate, preferred
