Job Title: GMP CAPA & Training Specialist– Biopharma

Location: Boston, MA (Fully Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Logistics: Onsite every day. Parking is the candidate's responsibility.

Overview:

Seeking an experienced CAPA & Training Lead to manage open CAPAs through closure, oversee training structures, and ensure compliance within GMP-regulated biopharma manufacturing. Must be adept in Veeva, Excel, and compliance metrics, with a strong grasp of deviation reports, triage, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Skills:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment

• Strong Communication – written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences/Engineering or related field

• 8+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical/problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with metrics, deviation management, and manufacturing processes (cell/gene therapy a plus).
