To support the sustainment and modernization of the United States Air Force and Space Forces human resources portfolio, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Tester will lead the design and execution of complex test processes, develop automated and manual test cases, and analyze test results to enhance system performance. Key responsibilities: Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of complex test processes to ensure system functionality and reliability Develop and execute automated and manual test cases for software components, modules, and subsystems Collaborate with development teams to implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and document test results Required qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on quality assurance testing experience Proficiency with test automation tools such as ALM Octane, Selenium, and LoadRunner Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and tools Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in software quality assurance MUST be able to pass a US Government background investigation
