The Role
Own quality across product and operations. Test platform features, build QA automation, and ensure our AI-powered job application system works flawlessly at scale.
What You'll Do
- Test web platform features (manual & automated)
- Build & maintain automated test suites
- Create QA processes & documentation (test plans, bug reports)
- Test AI features (job matching, resume optimization)
- Ensure quality of automated job applications (5,000+/month)
- Work with product & engineering on bug fixes
- Support international expansion (test localized versions)
- Track quality metrics & identify improvement areas
- Coordinate with operations team on quality control
Requirements
- 2+ years QA experience (manual & automated)
- Test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
- Bug tracking systems (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues)
- API testing (Postman, REST)
- Detail-oriented & systematic approach
- Comfortable with fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- EdTech or SaaS QA experience
- AI/ML product testing
- Performance testing
- CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Experience with data quality checks
