Role Type Quality Assurance Engineer Expected Skills Ability to perform testing activities, make informed decisions, and manage complex work efforts. Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership and accountability for assigned work. Strong experience testing Salesforce applications, including standard and custom functionality, configurations, workflows/flows, validation rules, security, reports, dashboards, and business processes. Experience testing Salesforce integrations, APIs, web services, data exchanges, and interfaces with external systems. Experience validating Salesforce data migration, data integrity, business rules, and data relationships. Experience testing Salesforce releases, enhancements, configurations, customizations, and deployments. Ability to develop comprehensive Salesforce test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and requirements traceability. Experience with automation and testing tools such as QTest, Tricentis Tosca, and CRT Ability to collaborate effectively with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, product owners, scrum masters, and other technical and business stakeholders
Required Experience: Strong experience in Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing. – Required / 5 Years Proficient in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. – Required / 5 Years Experienced in functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, system, and user acceptance testing. – Required / 5 Years Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—Required / 5 Years Proficient in SOQL and SQL for data validation and database testing. – Required / 5 Years Skilled in API testing using REST and SOAP web services. – Required / 5 Years Experienced with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira. – Required / 5 Years Knowledge of test automation tools such as Tricentis TOSCA or CRT (Copado robotic testing)—Required / 5 Years Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes. – Required / 2 Years Experienced in Salesforce data migration, data validation, and data integrity testing. – Required / 5 Years Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment – Required / 3 Years Child Welfare domain experience – Desired / 3 Years
