Quality Assurance Manager

Leading quality assurance across Bula's regulatory content and operational workflows, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Manager will ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information while managing a team and implementing process improvements. Key responsibilities Lead quality assurance and audit activities to identify errors, trends, and compliance risks across regulatory databases and production workflows Analyze audit findings, document trends, recommend corrective actions, and implement process improvements for operational performance Manage and develop the Legislative Information Specialist team through regular feedback, workflow oversight, and coaching for quality and compliance Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality auditing, process improvement, or related fields Direct experience performing quality audits and conducting root cause analysis Experience with regulatory, legal, or healthcare information services preferred Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering accountability and professional growth Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; quality certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred
