Summary: You will partner closely with business leaders, operational teams, product teams, technology partners, and stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and drive adoption of new ways of working. This role helps ensure that strategic and operational initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently, and with clear accountability. Drive improvements across IT in test environments, test data, and testing processes to support faster speed to market and higher quality code delivery Lead and coordinate process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization. Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, timelines, milestones, and implementation roadmaps. Monitor and track tasks, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and commitments across multiple teams. Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and proactively drive resolution to keep initiatives on track. Create and maintain project dashboards, status reporting, metrics, and executive communications. Partner with business and operational leaders to document current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement future-state solutions. Support organizational change management, stakeholder communications, training, and readiness activities. Measure and report on process improvement outcomes, implementation progress, and realized business benefits. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project management, process improvement, operations, business transformation, or related experience.
Proven ability to manage project plans, action registers, timelines, and deliverables.
Experience creating executive-level reporting and status communications.
PMP, CAPM, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certification.
Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience utilizing project management and reporting tools to track execution and performance.
Financial Services, Insurance, Operations, or Technology industry experience.
