I'm partnering with an established aerospace manufacturer in the Greater Phoenix area that is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead its quality organization.
This individual will oversee quality engineering, test engineering, final and in-process inspection, and receiving inspection. The position will also lead continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen quality systems, support customer and regulatory audits, and resolve quality issues across manufacturing and the supply chain.
- 5-7+ years of quality assurance leadership experience
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
- Background in electronics, avionics, or power distribution preferred
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements
- Expert knowledge of FAA quality-system requirements
- Quality System Lead Auditor experience
- Strong Continuous Improvement and RCCA experience
- Experience leading quality engineers, test engineers, and inspection teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
