Our food manufacturing client in southern New Jersey / greater Philadelphia is seeking their next FSQA Manager to lead food safety and quality across a large, diverse manufacturing operation serving major retail and QSR customers.
This is a high-impact, audit-heavy role with strong corporate support and a proven track record of stability - the previous FSQA Manager spent 15+ years in the role before moving into a Corporate position.
Details:
- Lead and manage customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
- Oversee FSQA across the manufacturing facility and nearby warehouse
- 800–1,000 employees across both sites
- Multiple languages spoken across the workforce
Comp & Logistics:
- $115K–$135K base + 10–15% bonus
