How You’ll Contribute To Our Partner’s Success

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll oversee food safety and quality systems, ensuring compliance with SQF, USDA, and company standards. Qualifications include a bachelor’s or associate’s degree (preferred), experience in food production quality assurance, and proficiency in MS Office, with SQF and HACCP certification strongly preferred.

  • Food Safety and Compliance: Maintain SQF systems, enforce Good Manufacturing Practices, and ensure adherence to USDA and company regulations.
  • Audit and Documentation: Prepare and conduct second- and third-party audits, review and update SOPs, and manage laboratory practices, records, and equipment calibration.
  • Training and Inspections: Lead employee training on food safety, conduct facility inspections, and collect samples/swabs.
  • Leadership and Communication: Drive change management, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues diplomatically while promoting a culture of quality.
