Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for quality assurance and testing activities across the product lifecycle to ensure solutions meet functional, risk, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the quality subject matter expert for the supported line of business/domain, applying risk-based testing principles and test impact analysis
- Lead the development, coordination, and approval of test strategies, test plans, execution results, defect triage, and release readiness across multiple teams
- Oversee the use of UI and API test automation tools to improve test coverage, consistency, and efficiency
- Define and report on quality and release readiness metrics, proactively identifying and managing risk in alignment with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management framework
