• Strong experience testing Salesforce applications, including standard and custom functionality, configurations, workflows/flows, validation rules, security, reports, dashboards, and business processes.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations, APIs, web services, data exchanges, and interfaces with external systems.
• Experience validating Salesforce data migration, data integrity, business rules, and data relationships.
• Experience testing Salesforce releases, enhancements, configurations, customizations, and deployments.
• Ability to develop comprehensive Salesforce test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and requirements traceability.
• Experience with automation and testing tools such as QTest, Tricentis Tosca, and CRT
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, product owners, scrum masters, and other technical and business stakeholders

Required Experience:

• Strong experience in Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing. – Required / 5 Years
• Proficient in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. – Required / 5 Years
• Experienced in functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, system, and user acceptance testing. – Required / 5 Years
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—Required / 5 Years
• Proficient in SOQL and SQL for data validation and database testing. – Required / 5 Years
• Skilled in API testing using REST and SOAP web services. – Required / 5 Years
• Experienced with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira. – Required / 5 Years
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Tricentis TOSCA or CRT (Copado robotic testing)—Required / 5 Years
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes. – Required / 2 Years
• Experienced in Salesforce data migration, data validation, and data integrity testing. – Required / 5 Years
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment – Required / 3 Years
• Child Welfare domain experience – Desired / 3 Years
