Leading the quality assurance function, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Director will manage and mentor the QA team, set testing strategies and standards, and ensure product reliability and performance in a high-velocity environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA team, establishing overall test strategy, quality standards, and processes to meet client performance goals Own the quality roadmap by evaluating current practices, identifying gaps, and driving a comprehensive test strategy across manual and automated testing Partner with engineering and product leadership to embed quality practices early in the development lifecycle and align QA priorities with product roadmaps Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or computer science; advanced degree preferred 7+ years of QA experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role 5+ years of experience with automated testing tools, particularly Playwright/JavaScript or similar Proven track record in building and scaling QA practices for large-scale SaaS applications Direct experience in environments utilizing coding agents for test strategy
