Quality Assurance Agent

To ensure accuracy and compliance, the part-time Quality Assurance Agent will review and validate high-volume video events and associated evidence while identifying errors and discrepancies in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze and review large volumes of processed video events for accuracy and completeness Identify false positives, errors, and missed events to support operational effectiveness Document quality issues and corrections, providing feedback to leadership on recurring issues Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred Experience reviewing and analyzing digital video content preferred Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
