To advance underwriting quality and training effectiveness, the full-time Quality and Training Lead will manage quality assurance programs, develop training strategies, and foster continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the execution of quality assurance and training programs to improve underwriting consistency and compliance Design and implement role-specific training programs aligned with business objectives and operational needs Develop performance analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support quality improvement initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, quality management, or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, training, compliance, or related operations 5+ years of experience leading quality assurance and training functions Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for performance data analysis and reporting Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
