GenSystems Power Solutions is seeking a hands-on Quality&ReliabilityManager to lead product quality, manufacturing excellence, reliability improvement, and customer quality performance across the organization.

As GenSystems expands its product portfolio, manufacturing capabilities, and field operations, this position will build and strengthen scalable quality systems that support continued growth. The Quality & Reliability Manager will lead the investigation and permanent resolution of product, manufacturing, supplier, warranty, and field-quality issues while identifying systemic opportunities for improvement.

Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Field Operations, suppliers, and customers, this leader will translate operational data and technical findings into sustainable improvements in product design, manufacturing processes, supplier performance, and field reliability.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor’sdegreeinMechanicalEngineering,ElectricalEngineering,ManufacturingEngineering,QualityEngineering,IndustrialEngineering,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline.
• Demonstratedsuccessleadingqualityfunctions,qualitysystems,ormajorqualityimprovementinitiativeswithinamanufacturingenvironment.
• AdvancedknowledgeofstructuredRootCauseAnalysis,CorrectiveandPreventiveAction,andsystematicproblem-solvingmethodologies.
• Strongunderstandingofmanufacturingprocesses,qualitysystems,statisticalanalysis,processcapability,andcontinuousimprovement.
• Experienceimprovingmanufacturingquality,productreliability,first-passyield,processcontrols,oroperationalperformancethroughengineeringanddata-drivendecision-making.
• Abilitytoanalyzecomplextechnicalandoperationaldataandconvertfindingsintosustainableproductandprocessimprovements.
• Experienceleadingcross-functionalinitiativesinvolvingEngineering,Manufacturing,SupplyChain,FieldOperations,suppliers,customers,andexecutiveleadership.
• ExperienceworkingwithinanISO9001QualityManagementSystem.
• Strongtechnicalwriting,presentation,projectmanagement,andorganizationalcapabilities.
• Abilitytomanagemultipleinvestigationsandimprovementinitiativeswhiledeliveringmeasurablebusinessresults.
