To enhance quality assurance processes, the full-time remote Quality and Compliance Specialist will manage internal audits, develop and maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while collaborating with various teams across the organization. Key responsibilities Develop and enforce quality standards and policies to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement Oversee internal audits and assist with vendor verifications and HR compliance requirements Collect and analyze quality data to generate reports and track nonconformances to closure Required qualifications CMMI V3.0 or higher Practitioner Certification required ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification required 5-7 years of experience applying CMMI and ISO practices in project management Experience with auditing processes and maintaining process documentation Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
