Leading the quality assurance function, the full-time remote Quality Analyst Manager will oversee QA operations, drive continuous process improvement, manage policies and training programs, and provide strategic reporting to ensure compliance and high-quality customer service. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance (QA) department Manage an effective quality assurance program to monitor and resolve issues proactively Supervise the development and regular updates of policies and procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Prior leadership experience in Quality Analysis is preferred Experience in Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) is preferred
