Supporting East Coast hours in a fully remote capacity, the Qualified Professional Intake Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families entering services, managing referrals, collecting intake information, and ensuring a smooth transition to clinical services. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to questions and referrals from assigned counties, managing multiple referrals as needed Collect and review intake, referral, and admission information to assess service appropriateness and urgency Maintain regular communication with referral sources to support timely intake progression Required Qualifications Credentialed or credential-eligible as a Qualified Professional (QP) Master's degree in a related human services field with a minimum of 1 year of full-time IDD experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of experience, or an unrelated field with 4 years of experience Experience providing professional support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
