We're seeking a compassionate and dependable QMHP- Group Facilitator to join our team, who has strong communication skills, clinical awareness, and the ability to lead engaging group sessions for individuals who faces challenges with mental health and substance abuse. The ideal candidate is confident in managing group dynamics, responding calmly in crisis situations, and have the ability to meet individuals where they are without judgement while providing consistent emotional support.
This role requires the QMHP to lead group sessions focusing on essential skill building. Areas of focus include daily living skills, communication, processing past trauma, anger management, and psychoeducation to promote recovery and personal growth.
Responsibilities

Working with other professionals and community partners to help clients meet their goals.

Facilitating group discussions based on group dynamics while creating a safe and supportive space.

Documenting client progress, attendance, and outcomes, ensuring all records are in compliance with DBHS regulations.

Providing direct therapeutic services, training, and psychoeducational support.
Qualifications
- must be a Qualified mental health professional
- at least 1 year experience
- interns are welcome
Salary starting pay $25- $30 based on experience
schedule day shift Monday -Thursday 9 am-2 pm
