JD:

Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):

• Handson experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive modules
• Deep understanding of XML Data Input Data Transformation Imposition and Layout modules
• Proficiency in working with Master Templates Data Definition Base Template Style Master
• Strong knowledge of Customer Communication Management CCM solutions
• Experience with Inspire ScalerxPression is a plus
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Quadient development
• Design develop and deploy Quadient based solutions ensuring high quality and performance
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates
• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing for developed features
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Quadient applications
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of defect free solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):

• Guidewire PolicyCenter with experience for implantation and state rollouts
• Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle database
• Application Servers such as Web sphere Apache Tomcat or JBOSS J2EE application containers
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop configure and maintain solutions using Quadient software primarily Quadient Inspire
• Design implement and customize document templates workflows and communication solutions
• Perform system integrations and manage data exchanges with external systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Utilize Inspire Designer and Interactive xzgxqkn modules to set up new client workflows and instances
• Edit existing client workflows in accordance with specifications received from Business Analysts
• Provide subject matter expertise for solution design architecture and integration
• Manipulate data from various sources formats e.g., flat files relational databases nonrelational databases XML JSON
• Create personalized and customized Omni Channel communications
