Supporting healthcare payer technology initiatives, the full-time remote QNXT Developer will design, develop, test, and implement complex QNXT solutions while collaborating with business, IT, and vendor partners to analyze needs and deliver high-quality results. Key responsibilities: Independently analyze complex business problems and prepare detailed specifications for project-level development Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations to management regarding build vs. buy decisions Develop and execute unit test plans, ensuring QNXT functionality and interface accuracy through thorough testing and validation activities Required qualifications: 5-7 years of hands-on QNXT development experience, particularly with claims interfaces and 837 inbound transactions Strong technical communication skills for translating business requirements into technical specifications Experience managing technical deliverables independently, including development estimates and defect remediation Proficiency with major database systems such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata Bachelor's degree in computer science or mathematics, or an associate degree in computer science
