Christian Living Communities seeks a QMAP Care Partner to provide person-centered care and safe medication assistance for older adults in our faith-based senior living community. In this on-site role, you will administer medications per Colorado QMAP guidelines, support residents with daily living needs, monitor and document changes, and collaborate closely with nursing and care teams. You’ll model Christian values of compassion, respect, and integrity while fostering meaningful relationships that enrich residents’ lives and promote dignity, wellbeing, and purposeful living every day.
