QE Lead: Test Strategy & Stakeholder Coordination

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with different Stakeholders on the Business requirements
• Participate in the Requirement gathering and analysis review meetings
• Review the test scenarios test scripts and provide inputs to the QE team
• Develop/ execute test scripts and log/report the defects
• Coordination with offshore team
• Oversee the test execution status and report publish the DSR reports to the Stakeholders
• Maintain the test documents that include Test strategy, test plans, test cases and test execution results
• Be a part of Daily Scrum calls and address any open issues and challenges faced by the respective tracks
• Maintain the Key Project KPI's and publish to the Management team on a Monthly/Quarterly basis
• Coordinate and support the Automation test activities based on the project requirement
• Support the test case execution during the critical deliverables
• Coordinate with the track team members on all the daily QE activities by guiding and supporting the track teams
