Nautilus Bio is seeking a Scientist, Reagent Quality Control in San Carlos, CA to lead QC method development and release activities for in-house reagent production. You will own analytical methods (FPLC/HPLC, gel, plate assays) and ensure data integrity, documentation, and continuous improvement across batches.
You will drive nonconformances, CAPA, and root-cause investigations while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with R&D and Operations to define release criteria and specifications.
