Job Description An established distribution company is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Lead to oversee daily quality inspections and support warehouse operations. This position is responsible for guiding quality control associates, ensuring products meet established standards, and maintaining accuracy throughout the order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate has previous quality control experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to identify and resolve quality concerns in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily quality control activities, assign tasks, and provide guidance to team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing merchandise for defects, damage, accurate quantities, and compliance with established quality standards.
• Monitor quality performance by reviewing inspection results, identifying recurring issues, and recommending corrective actions.
• Train and support quality control associates on inspection procedures, product handling, documentation, and workplace safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, inventory discrepancies, and quality concerns while communicating updates to warehouse management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in quality control, quality inspection, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality inspection procedures and defect identification.
• Ability to train, guide, and motivate team members.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse inventory systems, or basic computer applications preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical warehouse duties as required.
• Commitment to following workplace safety procedures and established quality standards.
