Responsibilities for Quality Control Inspector
- Ability to read CAD Files as well as customer schematics.
- Inspect parts for dimensional tolerances, craftsmanship and cosmetic defects
- Analyze parts against customer provided drawings and CAD files.
- Create and manage RMAs, SCARs, Templates, and Non-Conformances
- Interface with customers for all quality related issues
- Prepare quarterly reports on quality KPIs
- Annual Calibration Audits
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly Logs (Machine Maintenance, Audits etc.)
- Work efficiently and in harmony with a team of talented craftsmen & craftswomen
Qualifications for Quality Control Inspector
- Proven experience as a quality control inspector with direct sheet metal experience.
- Experience with Unipoint, JobBoss, Keyence, Amada etc.
- Proficient in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards
- Strong knowledge about industry products and processes
- Basic mathematical arithmetic
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills
- Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Target Pay $28-$34 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
- Quarterly Bonus (after successful completion of 90-day probationary period).
