We are partnering with a multi-product biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility to place a QC Associate II within their Physical-Chemical Testing group. This role is well-suited to a detail-oriented analytical professional who can execute both routine and non-routine testing across bulk drug substance, finished product, and raw material matrices. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, hands-on analytical instrumentation skills, and a strong compliance mindset.

What You'll Do
- Independently perform a range of laboratory testing methods following appropriate qualification, including UV-Vis spectroscopy, qPCR, FTIR, and compendial test methods.
- Coordinate and execute routine and non-routine analytical testing in support of a multi-product facility.
- Maintain lab consumables and materials inventory, properly dispose of expired reagents, and flag equipment or process irregularities.
- Generate accurate, timely analytical results with a \"right first time\" approach.
- Document all testing activities in full compliance with cGMP and cGDP standards.
- Follow site-specific SOPs, quality systems, and applicable regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- GMP experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on proficiency with UV-Vis absorbance, qPCR, and FTIR preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet team and site goals.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution accuracy.
