The Actual Dollars per Hour Produced is determined by a very basic math equation, Gross Dollars Produced before parts cost and adjustments divided by Total Hours Worked in payroll systems.

Shift hours are typically 6:00am to 3:00pm, 8:00am to 5:00pm and/or 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch.
Overtime work for each Saturday is scheduled and mandatory unless otherwise cancelled by senior management due to acceptable customer service levels and requirements. Other overtime may be required if applicable and scheduled. Adherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently.
