QA TesterWe're looking for a QA Tester to join our Software Engineering department. Your work will be critical to timely delivery of projects and you will be a major contributor to the quality and experience of ProdataKey's products used by hundreds of thousands of people each day. As a Quality Assurance Test Engineer on the team you will:Be responsible for the creation and execution of test cases for PDK's applications including web and other componentsMaintain and rewrite existing test suitesWork with a broad range of innovative hardware and software technologies in the physical security industryHandle customer cases escalated to engineering and interact with support technicians to troubleshoot customer problemsQualificationsA bachelors in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or a related field2+ years experience in quality assuranceThe ability to easily adapt to unfamiliar development environmentsUnderstand testing process, test types, test design and testing methodologiesAble to observe and communicate detailsAble to work independently with some supervisionAble to clearly write bug reports and follow retesting proceduresFamiliar with SQL and noSQL databasesFamiliar with REST services and able to use PostmanFamiliar with remote login, SSH, and Linux toolsFamiliar with test management tools like Zephyr ScaleA strong command of the English language and the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writingBenefits and compensationAnnual salary depending on experience (starting at $55,000)Health, Dental, Vision, Life and AD+D insurance401k plan with company match8 paid holidays per year3-5 weeks paid time off (based upon tenure at PDK)LocationIn office at ProdataKey Headquarters in Draper UtahAbout ProdataKeyProdataKey is a leading innovator of cloud-based access control products and services.
