We are seeking an experienced QA Test Analyst (Manual & Automation) with professional English/Spanish bilingual proficiency to support mission-critical public-sector enterprise applications.

This role focuses heavily on functional quality assurance and validation of resident-facing Spanish-language screens, correspondence, notices, workflows, and messages. You will work closely with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure software adheres to business requirements, policy guidelines, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute manual and automated functional, regression, system integration (SIT), and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• Validate Spanish-language content, screens, forms, alerts, and correspondence against approved English requirements and business logic.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts using standard QA frameworks.
• Perform backend database validation using SQL and test REST/SOAP APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Identify, track, and manage software defects in Jira, ensuring clear documentation of translation and functional discrepancies.
• Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, defect triage, backlog refinement).

Qualifications & Experience
• Manual & Automation QA: 5+ years of software testing experience across large enterprise systems.
• Bilingual Capability: Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and comprehension) to validate translated UI/UX and formal documentation.
• Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, Java, Git, Postman, SQL, and API/Web Services testing.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience with public sector, Human Services, Medicaid/Medicare, Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES), or Salesforce applications is highly preferred.
• Methodology: Strong background in Agile/Scrum and Jira.
