The company has been recognized repeatedly for its industry-leading growth rate and service quality.Job DescriptionQ Analysts is looking for a Test Analyst for a project with one of its Clients who is a leader in the Virtual Reality space. Our Client's team applies a range of software, computer vision and robotics techniques to build systems and tools that enable accurate quality evaluation and regression testing of tracking systems and algorithms.

We are looking for someone with testing skills on mobile or standalone devices preferably Android based. Role focuses on manual testing of the functionality for our Client's current and future VR products.Responsibilities include:Test case maintenanceAdd cases to an existing/established areaEdit existing cases for accuracyReview of bug reports from other team membersRecreate bugs to validateTargeted ad-hoc testing of undocumented areasTest case executionSoftware and hardware bug investigation and reportingBug fix verificationSkills:Ability to review logs to derive root-cause of bugsAbility to develop test cases and test plansCompetency with command line toolsExperience with commonly used bug-tracking software such as Jira, Bugzilla, Mantis, etc.Strong deductive reasoningClear, accurate and succinct communicationUnderstanding of the software development processExperience working in fast paced changing environmentsGood documentation skills for bug reporting, status updates and written communicationRequires good exploratory skills and an inquisitive mind to test the limitations of the software and hardware.Be comfortable with team collaboration.Ability to learn new tools that are built in-houseAbility to work independently.QualificationsEducation/Experience:Bachelors or Associate's degree AND3+ years of experience in a QA or related role.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Job LocationI'm interested
