Mom’s Meals is seeking a 3rd Shift QA Technician to support safe, high-quality meal production in our Ankeny facility. You will perform routine quality checks on ingredients, in-process product, and finished refrigerated meals, verify temperatures and labeling, complete detailed documentation, and help enforce food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP, GMPs). Working closely with production, you’ll identify nonconformances, support corrective actions, and champion our mission to safely serve vulnerable populations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
