Job TitleMUST BE IN NORTHEAST JOB IS REMOTE BUT THEY WILL NEED TO GO TO MEETINGS IN DCMinimum 2 years of experience in the field of Payments for medium to large clientsIdeally will have previous experience within Payments Compliance and upcoming regulationsParticipate and provide input on feature/story requirements, design, estimation, and test approach discussionsOwn the creation and ongoing maintenance of test artifactsCollaborate with the development team and business partners to ensure the scope of tests is comprehensive and to mitigate defects prior to testingCreate test data sets which fully exercise data validation and end-to-end system functionalityIdentify potential impact areas to existing downstream functionality, presenting risks when appropriateValidate content presentation and grammarMobile app experience a plusIdentify and log defects if/when a test fails, if necessary, using SQL to narrow down the root cause of the problem for efficient investigation by the development team and log accordinglyOwn QA sign offs for maintenance releases, feature releases, and infrastructure releasesDrive automation test coverage by working closely with Automation QA resourcesStrong knowledge of automation testing tools/frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Jmeter); experience building an automation frameworkJira/Atlassian experience is a must.Light experience in program management preferredExperience with Adobe AEM is preferred but not requiredParticipate in performance/stress testing activities, in collaboration with Dev/ Dev-ops teams, to ensure satisfactory performance of the systemProvide input during key agile team review sessions (e.g., Iteration kickoff/Retrospectives, Release Readiness, etc.)Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing. User Acceptance Testing will include functional and regression testingSupport after-hours or weekend production releasesSupport Production hotfixes and hypercare release eventsContribute to QA process improvement initiatives and cross-team activities Agile (Must Have) Scrum Master (Very Nice to Have) SAFe (Very Nice to Have)
