QA Manager - Data Warehouse Testing

To support a growing Data Warehouse team, the remote contract QA Manager - Data Warehouse Testing will lead quality assurance initiatives, establish testing strategies, and manage a small team while remaining hands-on with data validation and automation tasks. Key Responsibilities Lead QA efforts across the Data Warehouse team, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through the development and execution of testing strategies Establish and continuously improve QA processes, testing standards, and automation frameworks while managing and mentoring a small team of QA engineers Remain actively involved in technical QA activities, including writing and maintaining automated tests using Python and SQL Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a hands-on QA Lead or QA Manager role Strong experience with data warehouse testing, ETL/ELT testing, and data validation Proven ability to establish QA strategies and improve QA functions Strong hands-on SQL experience, including data reconciliation and quality testing Proficiency in Python and Pytest for test automation
