Required
- 10+ years of software testing experience.
- 4+ years as a Test Manager or QA Lead on large-scale enterprise ERP implementations.
- Has led at least one successful PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Cloud Fusion migration.
- Advanced, hands-on Jira and Xray Test Management experience; deep Xray experience is mandatory.
- Strong functional understanding of core ERP modules.
- Experience with data reconciliation tools and SQL for data verification.
- Familiarity connecting automation frameworks such as Selenium or Tricentis Tosca to Xray through CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate QA metrics to business stakeholders.
