Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in software quality engineering, including 4+ years in a QA/Test Architect or Lead SDET role
- Strong programming skills in Java (preferred), Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with AI-driven test tools or GenAI for test generation
- Must Have .Net Framework Experience
- Expert in automation tools: Selenium, Playwright or Cypress; RestAssured or Postman for APIs; TestNG, JUnit or Cucumber (BDD)
- Has built test automation frameworks from scratch for large enterprise applications
- Strong grasp of microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, messaging (Kafka/MQ) and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Hands-on with CI/CD, Git, Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Agile/Scrum experience, plus JIRA, Xray or Zephyr for test management
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in banking, payments, card processing or other fintech domains
- Mainframe or core banking testing experience
- Performance engineering and APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk)
- Security testing awareness (OWASP, SAST/DAST)
- ISTQB Advanced or Test Architect certification
