The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly adapt to new applications, and a strong attention to detail.This role requires close collaboration with US-based stakeholders, making advanced English communication skills essential for success.Required Qualifications4+ years of experience in Software Quality AssuranceStrong experience in manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testingHands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar toolsStrong SQL skills for backend testing, data validation, and troubleshootingExperience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenariosStrong analytical and critical-thinking skillsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new applications and business processesAdvanced English communication skills (written and verbal)Experience working in Agile environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with SymitarExperience with Azure DevOpsExperience in financial services, banking, or credit union platformsFamiliarity with data integrations and system-to-system testingKey ResponsibilitiesExecute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testingValidate APIs and system integrations using PostmanPerform backend testing and data validation using SQLCreate, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenariosIdentify, document, track, and validate defects through resolutionCollaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholdersParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to requirements refinementCommunicate testing progress, risks, and quality concerns effectivelySupport continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practicesBenefits Why QualityAI?  QualityAI is an AI-first quality engineering company helping enterprises deploy and scale complex systems with greater confidence.
