Working remotely on a contract basis, the QA Automation Test Engineer II will write test cases, perform automation testing, and validate test data for AWS Connect phone software migration while collaborating with a large QA team in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain test strategies, scenarios, and cases while executing and documenting test results Identify and prepare test data, including smoke testing data, and validate using tools like Postman and Soap UI Collaborate with development teams to analyze bugs and raise defects using Jira and document findings in Confluence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience with AWS Connect and Avaya systems Strong knowledge of IVR systems and call center workflows Proficiency in automation testing and writing test cases Familiarity with defect tracking tools, specifically Jira
