Compensation
The expected range for this role is $60.00 to $74.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by skill set, experience level, and geographic location; actual pay may vary.
Responsibilities
- Build new UI automation for a redesigned platform.
- Modernize and expand API automation suites.
- Run and maintain performance tests with JMeter.
- Validate backend data with SQL queries.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years in QA automation with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
- Hands‑on experience building UI automation using Cypress and/or Playwright.
- API test automation using MochaJS/Jest.
- Solid SQL skills and experience validating data in MySQL, DynamoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Comfort integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).
- Strong understanding of modern test architecture and debugging flaky tests.
