The Apple Store Online is seeking a Sr. QA Automation Engineer to join the Apple Store Online Operations team managing quality validation workstreams for Apple Store Online, Apple Store App and partner platforms.
Our mission is to continuously improve the quality of information and experience presented to Apple's customers while delivering on the ever-increasing velocity of changes as the Retail digital platform expands into new geographies, languages, and devices. You will be part of a global team, driving implementation and maintenance of highly scalable test automation frameworks for content validations across multiple platforms You are a strong hands-on QA engineer, deeply detail oriented, and comfortable with change and uncertainty in a dynamic work environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn building digital content QA automation that will allow us to validate dynamic content at scale across multiple platformsCollaborate with teams across ASO to define, develop, and implement validation automation and toolingMentor fellow team members on coding best practices and SDLCMinimum Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in quality engineering as a QA Engineer or SDET, with a strong background in coding and implementing scalable automation frameworksDeep expertise with modern scripting languages such as Python and Node.jsExperience writing, maintaining, and executing test automation plus familiarity with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)Proficiency with Software Version Control systems like Git (GitHub/Gitlab)Experience with API testing and familiarity with server architectureBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalentPreferred QualificationsDeep knowledge of Agentic AI and LLM driven test frameworksExperience Testing AI Models for accuracy, robustness, fairness, and performanceExperience developing LLM based automated evaluation frameworks3+ years of proven ability in machine learning, including hands-on work with LLMsApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
